Cheerful, bright, and colorful that is how gift wrapping paper looks like. When choosing the gift wrap make sure to choose a nice cheerful color that brings happiness to the eyes of the recipient from first glance.
After choosing the gift wrap, choose a matching bow or ribbon color to go with the wrapping paper. Wrap nicely and neatly.

Make sure of the following if you are going to wrap the gift yourself:

1- The wrapping paper should be rolled or in tube shape, not folded or it would have undesired final look cause of folding lines appear on gift.

2- Remove price tag from the gift.

3- When wrapping make sure to have the top of the gift neatly wrapped with no extra wrapping paper.

Another way to present the gift is to place it in a nice colored bag with matching tissue paper in bright colors as well. Wrap your gift gently and place it within the colored gift paper bag, make some of the tissue paper appear from the bag for a lovely, soft look.

Some might be more innovative when it comes to wrapping gifts by using special fabrics, and adding a nice handmade card.
