Spicy oven - fried chicken

This is a delicious recipe for having a fried chicken with the lowest fat ever. Get your fried chicken without frying at all and enjoy the same delicious taste but with a healthier recipe.

You will need:

1 cup plain dried bread crumbs, 2 tbs. dried corriander, 1 tbs. dried cumin, 1 tsp. onion powder, 1 tsp. garlic powder, 1 tsp. cinnamon, dash of cayenne pepper or ground black pepper, 3 egg whites, 6 chicken legs, 6 chicken thighs or breasts cut in half with bones.

Preheat oven. Line roasting pan with aluminium foil. Combine firts seven ingredients together. Beat egg whites in bowl and set aside.

 

Dip each piece of chicken in beaten egg whites, let excess egg whites drip off. Then dredge in seasoned bread crumbs. Arrange breaded chicken in roasting pan and bake for about 34 to 40 minutes. Move pieces once or twice during baking to prevent sticking and till turning golden.
