Rich chocolate brownies or chocolate torte recipe

This delicious dessert tastes like ordinary brownies but better. It is very moist, dense and full of chocolate. Perfect for chocolate lovers.

No Flour needed. You will need:

5 ounces of semi sweet chocolate. 10 tablespoons of butter. 2/3 cup sugar. 5 eggs separated.

Start by preheating the oven. Melt chocolate and butter in a saucepan and stir occasionally. After chocolate and butter melts, remove from heat, add sugar while chocolate mixture is a bit warm stir well, then set aside to cool down. After chocolate mixture cools add egg yolks and mix together for 10 minutes with electric mixer on high.

 

Beat egg whites with electric mixer until stiff and creamy, and then gently fold into the chocolate mixture with a spatula. Pour batter into a well-greased & floured cake pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until rises and top firm. Note that these creamy moist brownies would still be moist from the center. Let cool down before serving.

Serve plain or sprinkle with confectioner's sugar or decorate with fresh raspberries.

Note: For a healthier version of this recipe, Sugar and butter can be reduced. Don't worry it won't affect the lovely taste.
