Place each chicken roll in foil with lemon slices and fresh rosemary and wrap it well. After that place wrapped chicken rolls in oven till tender.
In sauce pan add 1 tbs. oil and add 1 red bell pepper cut in cubes sauteed together with minced carrot. Then Add salt, pepper, lemon zest and stir together to enthuse flavors. After that add cream about 2 cups and let stand till thickens then add the cooked chicken rolls after unwrapping them from the foil and removing the toothpicks. Heat together for 2 minutes. Then present at once with white rice and glazed carrots.
