Chinese chicken salad recipe: Chicken salad with cucumber and creamy dressing

Delicious chinese chicken salad recipe with cucumbers and creamy dressing. Quick chicken salad with refreshing cucumbers and tasty creamy dressing for a refreshing summer salad.

Chicken breast cut in cubes, garlic, pepper, salt, dash of mustard, cucumbers peeled , seeds removed and cut in 1/2 circles. For dressing: mayonnaise, milk, sour cream.

Picnic salad bar!

In a pan add small pieces of chicken breasts in cubes, roast with garlic, pepper, salt and mustard. Then stir well till chicken is cooked. Mix dressing ingredients together with cucumber add to chicken mix well.

Serve the chicken cucumber creamy salad at room temperature.
