Crab caeser salad recipe

You will need the following ingredients to your crab caeser salad:

1/4 cup mayonnaise - 1 pkg. of crabmeat or surimi - iceberg lettuce - 2 tsp Dijon mustard - 1 tbs milk - smoked salmon -croutons - salt - pepper - cheddar or parmesan cheese

 

In a mixing bowl mix mayonnaise with milk and Dijon mustard and whisk till ingredients blend well. Add a little more milk if you need the sauce to be lighter. Then cut iceberg lettuce into pieces by hand and add to the mayonnaise mix and blend.

 

Add crabmeat or surimi to ingredients, then smoked salmon cut into flakes, and blend again. Sprinkle with grated cheddar or parmesan cheese, then add croutons and ... voila.

Note: Add flavors of your own. Enthuse the crab caeser salad flavor by adding your favorite choice of ingredients like; sweet corn, chopped chives or fine chopped dill, shallots, scallions or capers.
