Steam or boil the green beans 3 to 5 minutes till crisp-tender. Do not over cook vegetables.
Heat oil in saute' pan over medium high heat. Add garlic, saute' for 1 more minute then add remaining ingredients. Add chopped celery stick and slices of grilled colored pepper (yellow or red bell pepper) Stir all together over heat till ingredients mix well and serve.
Note: To keep the green fresh color of vegetables do not cover the pan while cooking. After boiling your vegetable you can rinse the vegetables with cold or iced water. That way you will keep the fresh green color of the vegetables.
