Here are some ideas for marinating your steak, fillet, or chicken before grilling:
Marinate your fillet steak with: salt, pepper, nutmeg, a bit of cinnamon, bay leaves, lemon and a bit of red grape vinegar, sliced onion. Leave your steak marinated for 2 hours or overnight.
The second tip for marinating fillet steak is very easy. Just marinate the fillet steaks with salt, pepper,lemon juice, ketchup and mustard. Viola! Simple and fast isn't it. This marinating works great with grilled chicken as well.
Note: If used in grilled chicken we suggest adding 2 tbs. of yoghurt and 1 tbs. of coriander, paprika + (garlic optional). This gives the grilled chicken great taste beside it'll make the grilled chicken tender & juicy.
