Grilled fillet steak recipes: Marinate ... Marinate

We would like to share with you several ideas to marinate your fillet steak, chicken or fish fillet for better, tasty grilling flavor.

Grilling and marinating tips and tricks for a great grilling taste.

Note that we didn't indicate specific amount for marinating. Marinating depemds on your grilling taste and on your choice of favorite flavors. So feel free to add the amounts according to your taste.

Here are some ideas for marinating your steak, fillet, or chicken before grilling:

  • Marinate your fillet steak with: salt, pepper, nutmeg, a bit of cinnamon, bay leaves, lemon and a bit of red grape vinegar, sliced onion. Leave your steak marinated for 2 hours or overnight.

 

  • The second tip for marinating fillet steak is very easy. Just marinate the fillet steaks with salt, pepper,lemon juice, ketchup and mustard. Viola! Simple and fast isn't it. This marinating works great with grilled chicken as well.

Note: If used in grilled chicken we suggest adding 2 tbs. of yoghurt and 1 tbs. of coriander, paprika + (garlic optional). This gives the grilled chicken great taste beside it'll make the grilled chicken tender & juicy.

 

  • Another recipe for marinating steak before grilling is to soak fillet in a mix of salt, pepper, chopped basil, rosemary, mustard powder, paprika, vinegar, lemon juice, ginger and garlic.

 

  • Steak with mint: a new easy way to marinate your steak is to mix salt, pepper, sliced onion, chopped garlic with chopped fresh or dry mint, and oil. Marinate both sides of steak with this blend, let stand for at least 2 hours then grill.
