Western Desert
1 Night / 2 Day
Cairo – Baharia – Cairo : Day 1 :
Early morning departure from Cairo to Baharia Oasis on paved road.
On the way stopping for tea break Lunch at Baharia, then visit El Bishmo ( Roman Spring ) the oldest village and gardens. Dinner & overnight camping or Hotel.
Day 2 :
Visit the Black Mountains , golden sands, Pharoanic temple and Roman Golden Mummies, Lunch then back to Cairo .
3 Nights / 4 Days
Cairo – Baharia – White Desert – Farafra – Cairo
Day 1 :
Morning departure from Cairo to Baharia Oasis on the way stopping for tea, then climb the sand dunes. Lunch at Baharia visit El Bishmo ( Roman Spring ) old village. And the gardens then to Bir El Ghaba where you can swim in a hot spring, overnight camping or hotel.
Day 2 :
Morning, drive to Bawiti to visit the market then going to the south to see the Black Mountains . Then we cross the desert to the white desert, formation, an area of limestone where the forces of erosion have created fantastic natural rock sculpture some of which are shaped like mushrooms and animals. Overnight camping or hotel at Farafra.
Day 3 :
In the morning, drive to Farafra to swim in a hot spring, visit the village and the museum where a local artist exhibits different painting crafts and sculptures. Lunch, then to the north camping at desert or hotel.
Day 4 :
Visit the Crystal mountain and the Black Mountains . Lunch at Baharia, then, back to Cairo . |
